Shimla Local Sightseeing

Shimla local sightseeing is simply awesome in every season. Shimla is one of the beautiful places of India. Although winter is amazing here, but summer is not the best time to visit Shimla. Shimla is the capital of Himachal Pradesh. IN shimla, there are many places to visit like Jakhu Temple, The Mall Road, Christ Church, Tara Devi Temple, Summer Hill, Kufri, Sankat Mochan Temple.
They are also explained below.

The Mall Road.

This is the main shopping place of shimla. There are many restaurants, clubs, bars, banks, post office, and tourist office, library. Shimla is the prime attraction for the visitors. People are enjoying walking up and down on the mall road. The mall road is connected to the ridge at the scandal point. Where is the statue of nationalist leader Lala Lajpat Rai that has been erected? People visit here to enjoy the shopping and christ church.

Tara Devi Temple.

Tara Devi temple is constructed by King Bhupendra  Sen.  This is the temple of the goddess Tara Devi. It is around 12km from the Shimla bus stand. This is the perfect place for the peace and beauty of nature. The temple is located on the top of a hill named Tarav.

Summer Hill.

It is situated at a distance of 5km from the ridge, Shimla. This is surrounded by Shimla-Kalka railway line. There is the prestigious Himachal Pradesh University, which is situated here. Summer Hill is famous for photography, scenery, serenity. Summer Hill is one of the most beautiful and mesmerizing of the seven hills of Shimla.

Kufri

Kufri is a small hill station situated in the Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh, India. It is famous for its trekking and hiking trails. Adventure-seeking travelers throng Kufri in winter to enjoy skiing and tobogganing along its snow-covered slopes. Kufri is also famous for its nature parks and picnic spots. It's a very beautiful place to visit during snowfall.

Sankat Mochan Temple

Sankat Mochan temple is the most visited place after the Jakhoo temple in Shimla. This temple is also dedicated to the lord Hanuman. Sankat mochan temple also houses idols of lord Ram and lord Shiva. From the temple you can see the beautiful view of the temple. You have also visited to explore the beauty of the temple.
